How your information is used

• Your money, pots, bills and check-ins are private to you, unless you say yes to sharing in Settings. Anything you have not chosen is off.
• Money coach chats are not kept, except a short safety record if something worrying is said. Those are removed automatically after a set time.
• Your keyworker only sees what you have said yes to sharing. Until you choose, they only see that you are linked to them.
• If your keyworker set up your account, your organisation keeps your surname for its records. The app only uses your first name, and your surname is never shared outside your organisation. It is in your download, and it is deleted if you delete your account.
• You can download everything we hold about you, or delete your account, from Settings at any time. The delete screen lists exactly what is deleted and what is kept, and why.
• Sol only counts how often you use the app. It is private to you.
