Who pays?

If your housing provider, landlord or council has given you a code, they cover the cost. Without a code, you can try SteadySol for 14 days. After that there is a fee, and you will see it before anything is taken. Nothing is ever taken without your say.

• A code from your housing provider: your provider covers the cost and your support team is linked to your account.
• A code from your landlord or council: they cover the cost. They never see who you are or what you add.
• No code: a 14 day trial with the full app, and no card needed. After that there is a fee, shown to you first. Nothing is taken without your say.
